1. To enter weekly prize draw, GB entrants must purchase a promotional pack of Rustlers Quarter Pounder 190g,. Entrants to scan QR code or visit www.rustlersonline.com/win to confirm country of residence and complete the form (including first name, last name, address, mobile number and D.O.B). Entrants will then be required to upload a photograph of their proof of purchase of a promotional pack of Rustlers Quarter Pounder 190g for validation.
   
   NI entrants are not required to purchase or provide proof of purchase. Residents of NI must visit www.rustlersonline.com/win to confirm country of residence and complete the form (including first name, last name, address, mobile number, email address, D.O.B).
   
   ROI entrants are not required to purchase or provide proof of purchase. Residents in ROI must visit www.rustlersonline.com/win to confirm country of residence and complete the form (including first name, last name, address, mobile number and D.O.B). They will then be directed to a specialised skill-based game question which they must successfully complete to enter. .
2. All valid entries will be placed into a prize draw. Please allow up to 7 working days for validation. .
3. Entrants who do not enter correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
4. Participating stores include, Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Iceland, Co-operative stores, Nisa, Budgens, Londis, One Stop, Spar, Dunnes, Musgraves, BWG and independent retailers stocking the promotional product.
5. Rustlers products are subject to availability in selected stores.
6. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

1. The prize consists of 1x pre-loaded gift card for the value of £/€100. Nationally recognised gift card to be chosen by winner. Promoter reserves the right to issue gift-card based on availability.
2. There are 100 x prizes to be won in total. Total prize pool of up to £/€10,000 .
3. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

1. 6.1. The winners will be drawn by a secure independent verified computer programme at random from all valid entries every 7 days from the start of the promotion (the “Opening Date”). There will be one draw once a week for the entirety of the promotion. Draw dates are as follows:
   Monday 22nd March – Sunday 28th March – Draw date Tuesday 30th March
   Monday 29th March – Sunday 4th April – Draw date Tuesday 6th April
   Monday 5th April – Sunday 11th April – Draw date Tuesday 13th April

2. Winners will be notified by phone call via the number provided on entry up to 7 working days after the draw date. If no answer is received a message will be left and further calls will be made to contact a winner. In the case that they do not respond within 14 days to first call/message, or are ineligible, another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are the winner.
3. Winner will receive their prize via courier service within 30 working days of claiming their prize and the completion of any verification process.
4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a claimant is not able to take up their pre-loaded gift card.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. If required by a regulatory authority, and/or if we consider it lawful, necessary, or appropriate to do so, we may elect to make available a list of winners’ surnames and counties to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.

If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any claimant from participating in the promotion and refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement

It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the coupon in order for their coupon to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for entrants failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance.
6. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified.
